Information on sale and transfer in 2026
This document contains all important information regarding the conditions for the sale and transfer of my Neonates. Please read the following points carefully.

It is not possible to sell to persons under the age of 18.
Services and health checks
o The Neonat is able to feed independently before being handed over.
- The buyer receives complete care documentation.
- A health certificate is issued by a specialist veterinarian.
- An overview of the family tree (A5) is provided.
Between the ages of 6 and 12 months, an initial nidovirus test is carried out. I take the sample and send it to the Chemical and Veterinary Investigation Office of East Westphalia-Lippe (CVUA-OWL). In addition, at the age of 11–12 months, an assessment is carried out by a veterinary specialist for reptiles (e.g. Dr Thomas Bauer in Munich or LMU Clinic). This includes a further serpentovirus test (CVUA or LABOKlin). There is no examination for internal diseases.
Probing for sex determination is carried out at 11–12 months of age and a weight of at least 30 g.
Purchase and reservation
Once a negative Serpentovirus test result has been received, a handover date will be agreed. Full payment must be made at least 7 days before handover by bank transfer (account details will be sent by email) or PayPal. Cash payment in euros is possible for on-site handover. Cheques, debit cards and credit cards are not accepted. Cancellation of the purchase will result in the deposit being retained.
Collection and dispatch
Personal collection is preferred (including Switzerland). Shipping is possible, but not to Switzerland. The buyer bears the full shipping risk. The purchase price, including shipping costs, must be paid before shipment. The buyer will receive proof of origin with the shipping documents. Personal delivery can be arranged by agreement, provided that the purchase price and a contribution towards travel costs have been paid in advance.
Miscellaneous
Live animals are excluded from exchange.
Testing after handover
Voluntary virus testing by the buyer must be carried out within 10 days of delivery. After this period, any claim for a refund of the purchase price shall lapse.

The Green Tree Pyhtons (Morelia viridis) remains my property until full payment has been made.
Legal notices
Protected species covered by EC Regulation No. 338/97 or the CITES Convention must be reported to the competent nature conservation authority within four weeks. My animals are already registered with the nature conservation authority of the Weilheim-Schongau District Office. Each buyer receives a certificate of origin, which serves as proof of notification. The buyer is obliged to report the animal to their competent authority. If additional documents are required, these must be requested in good time; any costs incurred shall be borne by the buyer.
EU law stipulates that private individuals must be granted a one-year warranty and/or a right of exchange, unless this is expressly excluded. The warranty and right of exchange are hereby expressly excluded!
Special provisions
In exceptional cases, agreements deviating from the legally regulated terms and conditions of delivery may be made. These must be made exclusively in writing.
